okay in this video were going to be covering some google sheets basics were going to go over grid lines and borders how to get them in your sheets now technically by default grid lines are enabled on google sheets if you come up to this view option in the menu you can see gridlines is checked im just going to uncheck that so you can see its not very noticeable the lines are very faint um you what you would actually want to do if you want thicker lines is just put a border on everything so to do that you can come and click in the very top right in this little square here and its going to highlight your entire sheet or you can also use keyboard and hit control a thats also going to highlight your whole sheet and then you come up here to this border option in the toolbar and you click it what you want to do is all borders here and thats going to get you this these thicker grid lines on every cell if thats what you want to do if you only want to add borders to certain rows or colum
