in this Photoshop tutorial Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to embed a linked image itamp;#39;s actually really simple here in Photoshop so to do this obviously the image needs to be linked so you can see the link icon right here and then also in our properties panel so if I kind of shrink this layers panel down we also see that when I have this image selected it is called a linked smart object we have two spots that we can do this first off you need to make sure this link is not broken or else you cannot do this so check the uh spot in your on your computer make sure the file is still there Photoshop will probably tell you the link is broken anyway uh and just make sure you get that file to that spot or relink it now the second thing here is to embed we can actually click this button right here to embed it we can also right click on a layer and in the middle of this drop down is embed linked so this is going to pull the image from our computer not move it but just bring it into Phot

Heres how: In Photoshop, go to File Open and select the image youd like to add text to. Select the Horizontal Type tool from the tools panel and type your text. Choose your font, font size, and color from the menu at the top of the Photoshop workspace. Select the Move tool to place your text where you want it.
Add a legend Use the Map Legend process to generate a legend after the map has been downloaded and designed. In the Processes window, click Map Legend. Click Create Legend to add the legend to your downloaded map.
Export as PDF and enable the legend Switch to the Work breakdown Progress in case you hadnt already done so. Call File Export Select Image Select custom as a watermark. Click onto the magnifying glass and upload the image which should be used as legend. Select an appropriate position.
One typical post-processing task for group photos is to produce a key or legend to identify the people in the photo. This is most often done using simple bounding boxes. A more professional approach is to create a picture legend that uses either a full or partial silhouette to identify the individuals.
To embed an image from another location, go to File Place Embedded. Remember that if you edit the original image youve linked to, you will update it where its linked as well.
Add a legend Use the Map Legend process to generate a legend after the map has been downloaded and designed. In the Processes window, click Map Legend. Click Create Legend to add the legend to your downloaded map. The legend appears under the artboard in Illustrator.
Create artifact in navigation pane Tags Find the decorative content within the tags, see also Find tagged text in the tag tree within General working with PDF tags in Acrobat. Right-click on the content (with the small box icon) and select Change Tag to Artifact.
Add a legend Open a layout with at least one map frame. Select the map frame in the Contents pane. Optionally, expand the map in the Contents pane to select a subset of layers. On the Insert tab, in the Map Surrounds group, click the Legend button . On the layout view, click and drag to create the legend.
