Use the Find toolbar to quickly search the current PDF and replace text. Press Ctrl+F for Windows or Command + F for macOS to open the Find toolbar. Enter the word you want to search for. Select the ellipsis as shown to replace a word, and select Replace text.
Add an index to a PDF From the All tools menu, select Add search index. It displays the Index toolset in the left panel. From the Index tool panel, select Manage embedded index. In the Manage embedded index dialog box, click Embed Index. Read the messages that appear and select OK. Note:

An embedded index consists of a set of tags embedded into the document which can be used to generate the index (i.e., an alphabetical list of terms with page locators).
Embeddings allow you to search for what your documents are about. Use the Embeddings Index API to build LLM agents or to enable semantic search. With Sanity, you can retrieve documents from a dataset and present them how you want.
Make sure you have docHubs Fast Find feature enabled. Fast Find generates a cache of information from any PDF that you search. This cache reduces subsequent search times for that PDF. In Acrobat Pro, click on the Edit menu, then click on Preferences.
You can search for words and phrases on a PDF file by simply using the Find command. Press Ctrl+F if youre using a Windows computer device, or press Command+F if youre using a Mac computer.
