This video tutorial demonstrates how to create a figure with a title and image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. Starting in author view with full tags displayed, you will add a fig element inside the con body element. The fig element represents the figure, where you can include a title element with the text "ducklings walking" and one or more image elements. By using Oxygen's image wizard, you can add an image by reference from a local file or a web URL. The image will be automatically displayed in author view. In text view, you will see the code structure with the figure element containing the title and image elements.
