Click View Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, click the Fonts drop-down menu. Select the font you want to use for all the slides in the presentation.
Linking refers to inserting a reference to a file in another location, while embedding refers to inserting the actual file in the document. An example of linking is inserting a chart from an Excel file into a PowerPoint presentation, while an example of embedding is inserting an image into a Word document.
Pick the file you want to embed by selecting the check box in the upper-right corner of the file. Select Embed at the top of the page, and then choose Generate. Copy and paste the code into the code of your website or blog.
Which fonts are embedded? Click Home tab and then select the down arrow alongside the Replace button at the end of the ribbon. Choose Replace Fonts All of the fonts in use in your presentation will appear in the top dropdown.
When you link to a file, the file remains separate from PowerPoint. The link tells PowerPoint where to find the file to play it. By contrast, when you embed the file, it becomes part of the presentation, so the program always knows where to find it.
If it is not there, go to File and select Add Fonts. Now, choose your font and click Open. Now your font is already installed! You can head over to PowerPoint (making sure to restart the program), click the Font drop-down menu and select the installed font to use in your PowerPoint presentation.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
To check that your fonts are embedded in docHub, go to File on the top menu and select Properties then select the Fonts tab, this will list the font used in the document. You want to check that they are either (Embedded) or (Embedded Subset).
