hi my name is Matthew Pearce Iamp;#39;m a software engineer and today Iamp;#39;d like to show you how to make your own Excel templates for nutrition facts now what Iamp;#39;ve got here is Iamp;#39;ve got the USDA template for nutrition facts you can see here itamp;#39;s got a standard youamp;#39;ve probably seen this on Grolsch reason what not boxes of food that youamp;#39;ve bought has a title and some serving information then calorie information in nutrients and things like that so what Iamp;#39;ve done is Iamp;#39;ve taken that template and I kind of duplicated it in an Excel spreadsheet here the way I did it was if you look across here on the top where it says Nutrition Facts i have name of food but you can change that to Nutrition Facts but it happens to be three cells that are merged together that way you can get this one big block across the top with no lines in it and Iamp;#39;ve got servings per container thatamp;#39;s what they have yep they have stuff like this th
