I think theres a tendency sometimes to look at that shiny new object but theres a flip side to that. Sometimes we dont know what we could use that object for, and Ill use the iPad as an example. When it first came out nobody understood whats the business case for it. Three years later I think every superintendent wanted one on their jobsite. Statistics is like theres somewhere around 3,000 different new industry tools, technology tools, introduced recently and some of them are overlapping. Does the tool fit the task? And does it fit the persons responsibilities thats going to be using the tool? We might introduce something like 360 cameras. Okay thats great, but what tool actually makes this so its scalable? How do we link it to something thats actionable? Is it going to our project management solution as some other location-based? When we first tried out augmented reality with the HoloLens, we took it out to the jobsite. Were already working on this job.

The 3/3/3 method is a time management technique introduced by Oliver Burkeman, author of Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals. The method involves spending three hours on the most important current project, three hours on smaller tasks, and three hours on maintenance activities every normal working day[1
The 333 rule involves looking around your current environment and: naming 3 things you see. identifying 3 sounds you hear. moving or touching 3 things, such as your limbs or external objects.
While there are some cats that automatically adjust to a new home as soon as they get there, most do not. The general rule when adopting any animal is the rule of 3-3-3: three days to decompress, three weeks to learn your routine and three months to start to feel at home.
The 3-3-3 rule is a guideline for transitioning a rescue dog into its new home and helping it to settle in. It suggests that the first three days should be used for adjusting to its new surroundings, the next three weeks for training and bonding, and the first three months for continued socialization and training.
The 3-3-3 rule is a set of guidelines for the first three days, three weeks, and three months after adopting a new dog. The goal of the 3-3-3 rule is to help the dog adjust to their new environment and build a strong foundation for a long and happy life with their new family.
Whether you rescue an older dog or a puppy, a lot of dogs tend to follow the 3-3-3 rule when getting acclimated: 3 days of feeling overwhelmed and nervous. 3 weeks of settling in. 3 months of building trust and bonding with you.
The amount of time each individual pet needs to adjust to their new homes will vary, but the 3-3-3 rule helps give an approximation of what new pet owners can expect. The 3-3-3 rule refers to the first 3 days, the first 3 weeks, and the first 3 months after bringing a shelter animal home.
Write a few sentences that tell the animals breed (purebred or mixed), gender, age, coat or coloring, temperament, and if the pet has had its shots yet. If youve done any DNA testing, include the results in your ad, as well as any information about bloodlines (especially for show dogs).
