hi today i would like to show you how to import tickets into connects from a spreadsheet this is useful when youve received tickets not yet digitized and connects simply go to the ticket view under the buyer menu and notice the actions button on the top right you can then click bulk import and simply select your file for upload now connex will support two different import format templates a basic and a full you can find those templates on the right hand side under self-help by simply typing ticket import and selecting the first link this will display some documentation about what is supported as well as being able to download the basic template here and the full template here now in our example we have a basic template with two tickets to import lets go ahead and do that now well go back to connects under actions bulk import and well select the file here once its uploaded we will import now and were done now we can research and display those two tickets here thats it thanks and
