okay Im going to show you how I fill out the functional Behavior assessment frequency analysis chart in the classroom of course Im not doing this within the classroom right now but when you are you will want to use a clipboard to have this wonderful little chart on and I like to use a pencil for this so that if I make an error while Im recording I can fix it really quickly this is the one sheet that I will print off and actually hand write I will edit pretty much everything else on the computer but first youre obviously going to record the students name and the date Im going to skip that since its just a demonstration and youre going to start with a time and you are going to use the exact time so if the time is 10 1002 youre going to write down 1002. and youre going to watch and if youve observed a behavior um up here within this area you are going to note that for number one so lets say that um someone is fidgeting thats usually what I see first Im going to put a number
