To display all comments in the worksheet, go to the Review tab Show all Comments. To move or resize any overlapping comments, right-click and select Edit Comment, and the border of the comment box will display sizing handles.
To show all comments in Google Sheets, click on Open comment history (or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + A). As a result, all comments are displayed in the right part of the sheet.
Add, edit, view, filter or delete comments On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. Highlight the text, images, cells, or slides you want to comment on. To add a comment, in the toolbar, click Add comment . Type your comment. Click Comment.
17. Comments In Google Spreadsheet Formulas Add comments to your formulas, using the N function. N returns the argument provided as a number. If the argument is text, inside quotation marks, the N function returns 0.
Right click on a cell and select Insert Comment. Or use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+M for Windows or Cmd+Alt+M for Mac. Tag contacts by using @ or + to bring up a list of contacts, and then choose as many as you would like. Once youve entered your text and tagged contacts, click Comment.
Tip: At the bottom of any comment window, you can also click Open all comments. You can find comments and their location in a Google Sheet. On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. In the top right, click Open comment history . To close, click Open comment history. again.
Preview files and show or hide resolved comments Open Drive and sign in with your username and password. Double-click a file or image. In the preview window, at the top right, click More. Show resolved comments. (Optional) To hide the comments again, click More. Hide resolved comments.
To display an individual comment, right-click on the cell right-click the cell and select Show/Hide Comments. To display all comments in the worksheet, go to the Review tab Show all Comments.
To show all comments in Google Sheets, click on Open comment history (or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + A). As a result, all comments are displayed in the right part of the sheet.
You can open the Comment History by clicking the comment icon next to the share button in the top-right corner. The Comment History window shows active and resolved comments. If you need to re-open a comment thread, click Re-open.
