hello Iamp;#39;m Jessica an e-learning specialist and Iamp;#39;m here to show you how to insert Google Maps into your Microsoft Word document so you can see here Iamp;#39;ve pulled up a Google map and you used to be able to rightclick on the map and you can always do that on a picture right click and save the image but that doesnamp;#39;t work on the maps anymore so you have a couple options you can just use the print screen button on your keyboard and thatamp;#39;s basically copy your entire screen and then you can take that to mik to word and just paste it in and then in word if you go to format and you could do crop and you grab once you see that little arrow and you can crop it to be whatever size youamp;#39;d like it to be hope this helps thanks for watching

Youre all set! Go to the Google Maps website. Search for the location you want to feature in your embedded map. Click Share. Click Embed a map to see a preview of the embed. When ready to embed, click Copy HTML. In your HTML file, paste the embed code where you want the map to appear on the page.
To add a map to your Google Sheet, start by adding the location names and numeric data values which you would like to display on the map, on to separate rows and columns. Select the location names and numeric data, and select Insert Chart Chart type Geo Chart or Geo chart with markers.
