hey everyone Jim here and in this video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to a TLS SSL certificate on your Azure VM thatamp;#39;s running Apache so that way you can have secure communication using https so in the first video we set up this Azure VM thatamp;#39;s running Apache and we have a public IP address and itamp;#39;s using just standard HTTP thatamp;#39;s hypertext transfer protocol this is an insecure protocol where if anybody is snooping on the network theyamp;#39;re going to be able to see what weamp;#39;re doing in clear text so what we want to do is create a TLS SSL certificate and then it onto our web server so we can use https which is hypertext transfer protocol secure and which is a much better option before we do this though weamp;#39;re going to need a domain and you have two options you can go off and register a domain so if you want to do this for real you can go ahead and do that but for students in my class and if youamp;#39;re just learning you can create
