Check your vaccination records By accessing your Electronic Health Record (EHR), you can check your vaccination history and view all previous vaccinations administered by your GP. From flu jabs to childhood vaccinations, the wellness app allows you to store all your health information in one place.
Your pets medical record should include: Identification details: your pets name, breed, age, and other identifying details, such as microchip number. Vaccination history: records of all vaccinations given, including dates and types of vaccines.
Canine Parvovirus, Distemper Virus, and Adenovirus-2 Vaccines. For initial puppy vaccination ( 16 weeks), one dose of vaccine containing modified live virus (MLV) CPV, CDV, and CAV-2 is recommended every 3-4 weeks from 6-8 weeks of age, with the final booster being given around 16 weeks of age.
Dogs will need regular vaccinations to keep their immunity topped up and protected against a number of dog diseases. If your dogs vaccines lapse and go overdue they may need to have a restart course, which your vet will discuss with you.
If your dog has been previously vaccinated, but has missed a vaccine, they might have protection for 2-3 months after their booster was due, but then they will be at risk again.
