hello my name is Chris and in todays video Im going to show you how to renew a lease on tenant Cloud to get started from your dashboard simply go over to your contacts tab where you can select the tenant that you wish to renew the lease for here you can go to the leases tab and identify the active lease that they currently have with you and select the three dot actions menu button where youll see the option to renew lease once you select this its going to have a pop-up that says are you sure you want to renew this lease this means that the system will automatically end the current lease on the end date and will create a new lease for the future as long as you are okay with that select confirm and its going to walk you in to the renewal process which is nearly identical to the process that you went through when you first moved the tenant in simply select whether you want to send to sign agreement or if theyve already signed something you can attach a signed agreement and select ge
