This video will show you step by step how to add closed captions and subtitles to videos in Canvas. Log in to Canvas and open the video you want to add closed captions or subtitles to. Then, hover over the CC icon. Select Upload Subtitles. Copy the video URL to your clipboard. Log in to your 3PlayMedia account. From the Upload Media Tab, select From Links, and paste your Canvas video URL into the field provided. Click Add, then Upload. Youamp;#39;ll receive an email when your captions are ready. From the My Files page, select your recording. Click Download and select the SRT or WebVTT format. Save the caption file to your computer. Back in Canvas, open your video and hover over the CC icon.
