Launch Word and open the doc. Go to the Insert tab and select Signature Line. A pop-up window will appear fill in the details like your name, title, email address, etc. Choose the format for your digital signature either pre-drawn or draw on the touchscreen.
How do I upload my handwritten signature on a Mac? Go to Finder - Applications - Preview app and open the app. In the menu bar, click Tools - Annotate - Signature - Manage Signatures. A new window will open. Your Signature will be created. Next, open a PDF document. Take a screenshot of your signature.
Add or delete signatures In a supported app, tap. or Markup. In the Markup toolbar, tap. Tap Add or Remove Signature, then tap. Tap the arrow next to New Signature, then tap the type of signature you want to add, such as given name, nickname, or initials. Use your finger or Apple Pencil to sign, then tap Done.
In the Mail app on your Mac, click the Signature pop-up menu in the message youre writing. Choose a signature. If an expected signature isnt in the Signature pop-up menu, or the menu isnt showing, choose Mail Settings, click Signatures, then verify the signature has been added to the correct email account.
In the Pages app, under the Markup toolbar, tap the Sign button. From there, select Add or Remove Signature from the dropdown menu. Tap the Plus symbol to create a signature, then use your finger or stylus to sign in the box that appears. Once finished, tap Done and type a name for your signature.
In Pages, tap Apple Pencil in the body of a word-processing document, in a text box or shape, or in a table cell where you want to write. Note: In a table, tap a cell if you want to replace all of its contents. To edit a cell, tap the cell again to place the insertion point where you want to begin writing.
Your signature will be automatically placed in your Mac document. You can find your Mac signature at any time and for any PDF document by going to tools, markup, signature and clicking your signature.
Add annotations Tap. with your finger or Apple Pencil, tap Smart Annotation, then add your marks. Do any of the following with the tools at the bottom of the screen: Switch tools: Tap the annotation tool, tap it again, then tap Pen or Highlighter. When youve finished annotating, tap Done at the top of the screen.
