Click on the Review tab in the ribbon. In the Protect group, click on the Sign button. Select Add a Digital Signature. A window will appear asking you to select the digital signature that you want to use. If you dont have a digital signature, you can create one by clicking on New and following the prompts.
Insert a signature line Click where you want the line. Select Insert Signature Line. Select Microsoft Office Signature Line. In the Signature Setup box, you can type a name in the Suggested signer box. You can also add a title in the Suggested signers title box. Select OK. The signature line appears in your document.
How to insert a digital signature in Word Click where you want to add your signature. Find the Signature Line option under the Insert tab. Finalize your signature. Write and take a photo of your signature. Crop the image. Click the Insert tab in Word. Choose and position your photo on the document.
How to sign documents with a digital signature. Click review link and opt to digitally sign. Click review link and opt to sign PDFs digitally. Select signature source and select name. Sign in and apply digital signature. Preview signature. Authenticate the signature. Your Signed document is sent.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
Register for the eSignature free trial as prompted or log in if you already have an account. Drag and drop the signature field to add your signature to the Word document. Click Signature and add it to all the places you need to sign, then Adopt and Sign to place the signature and Finish to sign.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
