hello everyone Iamp;#39;m Amit from mail smartly today in this video you will learn step by step method how you can embed a PDF file into your email body while sending an email to your recipient so first open your Outlook application click on new email now normal scenario if you want to send a PDF file to your recipient we all usually go to the attach file and simply click on the PDF file I want to send and hit it the PDF file is attached with the with the email and when you send the email the same PDF file will be sent in a form of attachment but in this video I am going to tell you a new method which is embedding a PDF file that means the the PDF file will be visible to your recipient on the message body so simply put your cursor on the message body click on insert Tab and in the text section click on objects and you will see few options here so the first option is adopt crowbad document simply click OK and that will take you to the select file to open that means you have to select

You need to update tablesysid in the sysattachment table of your attachment with the sysid of your incident. Then the attachment will be linked to your incident automatically. Here is the sample script. update the sysids with your actual sysids and check.
Select a any catalog item for that you want to make attachment/ hide attachment. In portal Setting Tab / Section, you will find out two checkbox fields named as : Mandatory Attachment.
