Click the cell where you want to put the data from the text file. On the Data tab, in the Get Transform Data group, click From Text/CSV. In the Import Data dialog box, locate and double-click the text file that you want to import, and click Import.
Use the append file mode, a, in the open statement. This is what I mean: open(myfile. csv, a) The a lets you add new rows at the end of the file without overwriting existing rows.
If the file is a .csv file, Excel automatically opens the text file and displays the data in a new workbook. Note: When Excel opens a .csv file, it uses the current default data format settings to interpret how to import each column of data.

csv can not really support hyperlinks, but it is possible to use a formula with some precautions.

How to get your CSV link? Open your Google Drive. Sign in to your Google account. Open or create a sheet document. In the Sheet file go to the menu: File Share Publish to web. In the opened window select the Link tab. In the window please copy the generated Link.
csv files have a limit of 32,767 characters per cell. Excel has a limit of 1,048,576 rows and 16,384 columns per sheet. CSV files can hold many more rows.
