Microsoft Word provides features for creating different documents. To import a PDF file into a Word document, you can embed it as an object. This will display the first page of the PDF in the Word document, but changes made to the PDF won't reflect in Word as it is not linked. To do this, open Word, go to insert tab, click object, select create from file, browse for the PDF, and click ok. This method ensures the PDF is a part of the Word document.

#Method 1---Insert PDF into Word as Object Open Microsoft Word. Click Insert. Click Object. The Object dialog box will appear. Click Create from File. Click Browse and select the PDF file you want to insert. Click insert. Click OK.
