In this YouTube tutorial, Rachel discusses how to convert Outlook emails into PDF documents. To convert a specific email, open it, go to the "File" menu, and select "Print." Under the printer options, choose PDF. Alternatively, you can convert to XPS or send it to OneNote if available. If the PDF print option is not there, you can install a virtual printer like PDF 995 for Windows. This method can be used to convert various documents, not just emails. Rachel mentions having docHub installed for this purpose.
