Here are the steps: Open Outlook and collapse all accounts so that only the account names are visible. Click and hold the account you want to move, then drag the account up or down to a different position. When you close and reopen Outlook, the email accounts are sorted in the order you set.
Choose either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) orientation for all, or part, of your document. Click PAGE LAYOUT Orientation. Click Portrait, or Landscape.
The first step is to open Outlook, and click Settings at the top of the page. Scroll down, and click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the page. To change the Message orientation, Click the radio button option you want. Click Save at the bottom of the page to effect change.
Rotate a picture sent to you in email Give the image a clear name and save it to your hard drive. Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder where you saved the image. Right-click the image file and select Open with Photos. At the top, select the Rotate button.
Save a message as a PDF file Open the message you want to save, and on the File tab, click Print. From the Printer drop-down, choose Microsoft Print to PDF. Choose Print. In the Save Print Output As box, choose a folder for your PDF and enter a file name. Then choose Save.
Heres how it works! Once you have the document open, scroll to the page you wish to rotate. Now, simply right click on the page and a sub menu will pop up. In that menu you can select Rotate Left or Rotate Right, and the page will be turned 90 degrees in the direction you selected.
Rotate your screen with keyboard shortcut There is a shortcut key to rotate your screen. So, instead of going through the steps of trying to find the right settings and configuration, you can simply use the Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key on your keyboard.
With Outlook open, select File. Select Options. On the Options screen. Select Add-Inson the left hand column. Make sure COM Add-insis selected in the Manage drop down at the bottom of the Outlook Options, select Go. In the COM Add-ins options. Check the box next to the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin. Select OK.
