today im going to show you how to save a worksheet as a pdf and attach it to outlook automatically [Music] right so before we start i just need to make sure that im organized so that its going to be easier for you guys to follow so on top we have the qa form here on excel and at the bottom we have a folder called intel and thats where were going to dump our pdf file so were going to be doing this in steps first step is were going to create a macro that would save or convert the uh qa form to a pdf file and then were going to create a macro that would open outlook create a new message and attach the pdf file on that message so again lets go ahead and open the a new vba window by pressing and holding the alt button on your keyboard and pressing the f11 function key all right so as you can see here i have an empty module created here already and uh lets go ahead and script the first step which is converting the excel file or the worksheet to a pdf file first thing is were goin
