In this video, Professor Dawson demonstrates how to create a link in Schoology that directs parents to the grade section, allowing them to view their child's current grades in real time. This link can be easily shared with all parents, simplifying the process of grade reporting. It's suggested that teachers create a standardized email to send out the link whenever grades need to be communicated. However, it's important to note that parents must have Schoology accounts. Professor Dawson recommends checking out another video for guidance on distributing access codes via mail merge and for instructions on how parents can create their accounts using these codes.
