You can insert an online or linked image into your Outlook signature. This method requires you to provide the full URL of the image hosted on the Internet and select the Link to File option from the drop-down menu next to the Insert button.
Create an email signature Select New Email. Select Signature Signatures. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like. Select OK and close the email. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
Position your cursor where you want the image in your message. In the ribbon, select Insert Pictures. Browse your computer or online file locations for the picture you want to insert. Select the picture, then select Insert.
For the ideal email signature layout, we recommend using HTML tables where possible. HTML tables are the best way to build an email signature design. By using rows and columns, youll give the signature template an executive feel. You can use padding to create space between the individual design elements.
Add a logo or image to your signature Open a new message and then select Signature Signatures. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to. , locate your image file, and select Insert. To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture.
Go into Settings, then Compose and Reply, and find Email Signature. Click into the end of the last line of your signature and hit enter (this is where your image will go.) Click on the image icon on the top left to insert an image inline. Select the file you want to upload into your signature, and click Open.
Both PNG and JPEG formats are easy to compress without losing image quality. Do not use WebP or SVG image file formats in your email signature.
Choose the correct picture format; Save the image in a format that makes the file size as small as possible. The jpg-format works well for pictures, the png-format works well for detailed graphics and the gif-format works well for simple graphics.
