Create an email message template On the Home menu, click New E-mail. In the message body, enter the content that you want. In the message window, click File Save As. In the Save As dialog box, in the Save as type list, click Outlook Template. In the File name box, type a name for your template, and then click Save.
If you want to create and save a new email as a template, click Create email. Select Regular, then select a template. After youve finished editing your email, click the Actions dropdown menu in the top right, then select Save email as template.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing Files and Templates Design Tools.dropdown menu and select HTML HUBL. Click Next. Enter the details of your new file: Click Create. Write the HTML for your page or email template. To preview how your HubL will render, click to toggle the Show output switch on.
