The video tutorial demonstrates how to use Doc Hub to edit PDF files. To open a PDF, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Doc Hub. A toolbar at the top allows for editing with options such as undo, redo, text box, and highlighting. You can edit text size, font, color, and formatting. Additional features include moving and deleting text boxes.
