in the last video we looked at converting a binary number to a deanery number this time were going to get a Deanery number like lets say 95 and were going to convert that into a binary number the zeros and ones to do this were going to have to write our table and just like we did the other way so were going to start with one double it to double it for double it eight double it 16 double it 32 double it 64 double it 128 and Ive got the eight columns I require so if I want to represent 94 I need to be thinking about which of these numbers and I going to need to make up 94 now if I used 128 I would already be over the top of 94 so I know that Im definitely not going to need 128 so I can draw a zero in it now because I know that 64 is less than 94 I know that 64 can go into the 94 so Im going to say yes Im going to use this 64 now at this point I like to keep a running total of what Im up to now that sounds a bit silly at this stage because Ive only got one number so I am up to

A binary number system is one of the four types of number system. In computer applications, where binary numbers are represented by only two symbols or digits, i.e. 0 (zero) and 1(one). The binary numbers here are expressed in the base-2 numeral system. For example, (101)2 is a binary number.
