okay once we finished adding the details for the transaction here we can go back to the documents tab here which will show the documents that weve previously upload now I could look at all these documents at one time in this case Im just going to pick one document here and under what youre going to see is we have all these different items pop up here we have and Im just going to actually click on this here which will actually open up the document added it so I can add all the fields that may not have Auto populated here so one of the fields that I noticed right away is is not the sellers name here right so I would have to add Sam seller and some of the other fields like the managing brokers name which this is area specific and you will can go through the whole contract and add in the appropriate information for the particular document a to filling out then and click Save and close and this will save all the changes for you so this is how you would go through and add and edit all th

For a used vehicle bought from a private seller - the proof of ownership is the Certificate of Title (MV-999), or a transferable registration for 1972 or older models, signed over to you. Form DTF-802 from the DMV will let you sign your car or bike over to the new owner. You fill out page two, and then give them the form to fill out page one. To transfer a Florida Title, the seller must complete the Transfer of Title by Seller section of the current title, including the purchasers name, selling price, odometer reading and the signature and printed name of the seller at the time of sale.
The owner must sign the title certificate as the seller. The settlor must complete the odometer and damage disclosure statement on the back of the title certificate. The settlor must sign their full name in the buyer section of the title certificate and print the word settlor after their name.
To change information on your vehicle title, you need: Certificate of title (original only, no copies) A completed title amendment form. Please check the appropriate boxes and fill in all the required information. Any other documentation relevant to the correction. Title amendment fee.
