Log in to your OpenTable diner account. Select the profile picture icon at the top right, and choose My Profile in the drop-down. Select the icon to the left of your name. and then select Upload photo.
Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website. Open the menu and select Availability Planning. Select the Table Combinations tab. Select the table combination you want to edit, and update the Min and Max party size fields.
Update floor plans Log in to the OpenTable for restaurants website. Open the menu and navigate to Availability Planning. Select the Floor Plan tab. Use the dropdown underneath Floor Plan to select the floor plan you would like to edit. Select a table icon from the Elements menu and drag it over to your floor plan.
Updating My Profile on the Website Log in to your OpenTable account. At the top right side of the site, select the Profile Icon, and then My Profile. On the left side of the page click on Account Details. Make the appropriate changes, and then click on the red Save Changes button located at the bottom of the page.
Click the upcoming reservation and then Edit Reservation. The reservation will open in another tab allowing you to make changes.
Add a tag to a party in the reservation list Log in to OpenTable for Restaurants. Open the menu and: iPad: Select either List, Floor Plan, or Timeline. Choose a reservation from the list to pull up the reservation card. Select the +Add tags button to apply manual tags to a reservation.
Edit automated tags Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website. Open the menu and select Restaurant Settings. Navigate to the Automated Tags in the left panel. Use the tags more actions button to select Edit.
