hi everyone in this video i will quickly show you how to change a title in power bi report and visualization if youre used to excel where you can easily double click a title to change them you may be feeling a bit frustrated when transitioning into power bi as you can no longer double click them so how do we do this in power bi let me show you we have a situation in here whereby the headings of these reports and the various visualization need to be updated instead of roi or written on investment we want to call them year-on-negro or in bracket y-o-y and why is that because as you can see in here the values are linked to sales fact table total units year-to-date variance in other words youre on your growth but for some reason someone has named the kpi wrongly in this visualization and also has called the various headings wrongly how do we fix this if you came from excel you can just simply double click them but we are in power bi there is no double clicking of adding so where do we go

You can change the layout, the date range, the accounts to include, and various other settings that vary from report to report. Display the report or graph you want to change. Click Customize. Set the report dates. Tell me more. Click any of the tabs to make further changes. Click OK. Click Save to save the report. (
When you create a report based on a data source that has the Field Editing in Reports setting turned on, all the fields in the report that use the data source become editable. This option applies to all reports that use that data source.
Control-Click on the report title on the Reports screen, and select Rename. Or With the report open, just click on the report title to edit it, and click the blue Save button which pops up.
Right-click the category or subcategory you want to change. Choose Edit. As necessary make changes to the name or description, or to the categorys designation as income, expense, subcategory, or discretionary spending.
Go to the Reports Menu: At the top of the Quicken interface, locate the menu bar and select Reports. This action will reveal a dropdown menu. Select Report Type: Within the dropdown menu, youll find various categories of reports such as Banking, Spending, Comparison, Investing, Tax, Net Worth Balances.
Go to the account you want the report for. Click on the gear at the top right and pick More reports, then select Register report. The Register report is the same as the Banking Transactions report, customized to include just the selected account.
The title should be descriptive, direct, accurate, appropriate, interesting, concise, precise, unique, and should not be misleading. The abstract needs to be simple, specific, clear, unbiased, honest, concise, precise, stand-alone, complete, scholarly, (preferably) structured, and should not be misrepresentative.
