JOE, THIS IS PRETTY INTERESTING BECAUSE THEY HAD GONE THROUGH, THEY GOT SHUT DOWN BY THE MARKETS COMMITTEE IN THE UK THAT HAD SOME OF THE CMA HAD WARNED ABOUT SOME PROBLEMS THEY WERE FACING WITH THIS. AS YOU KNOW IN THE UK, ITS VERY HARD TO GET ANYTHING PASSED BECAUSE THERE IS NO REGULATORY BODY TO APPEAL TO. YOU HAVE TO APPEAL BACK TO THE CMA. THAT IS WHAT MICROSOFT ENDED UP DOING. PEOPLE COULDNT BELIEVE THEY GOT IT PASSED BUT THEY DID WITH MICROSOFT GETTING ACTIVISION PASSED EVEN AFTER THE CMA SAID IT HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH IT. IT SHOWS YOU PROBLEMS WITH REGULATORS AROUND THE WORLD, THE IDEA OF TRYING TO GET THESE DEALS DONE.
