There are two ways to edit a TIN in ArcGIS: using the TIN Editing toolbar in ArcMap and using the Edit TIN geoprocessing tool in the TIN Management toolset from the 3D Analyst toolbox. The interactive TIN Editing tools allow you to interactively edit individual features that contribute to the TIN surface.

Edit features attributes Open the Properties page of Vector layer or PostGIS layer; Select Vector layer ‣ Feature table on the right side of Web GIS admin console; In the opened dialog window select a feature you want to edit (if necessary search it by its attributes using Search bar) and press Edit button;

Use the following steps to delete nodes from a TIN. In the Contents pane, select the TIN layer you want to edit. Click the Data tab from the TIN Layer tab set. Click the TIN Editor button . Click the Delete Node button . Click the individual nodes to delete on the TIN surface.

Click ArcToolbox 3D Analyst Tools Data Management TIN Edit TIN. In the Edit TIN window, fill up the required fields. Click OK.
Add a TIN as a 2D layer Click the Map tab. Click the Add Data. button. Browse to the TIN and click OK to add it to the map or scene. The TIN Layer contextual tab appears to format appearance settings or access specific surface analysis tools for the TIN layer.
