To create an invoice from scratch, click create from the side navigation, then click invoice. Another way to create an invoice is from an invoice reminder on the schedule. Click view details and then create invoice. And finally, you can also create an invoice from a job page by clicking generate invoice. No matter which place you create your invoice from, the process of building the invoice is the same. Youll be taken to a page where you can select the visits and jobs that you want to create invoices for and generate one invoice for multiple jobs rather than creating and sending one invoice for each job. If youre creating a fresh invoice unrelated to any of the jobs shown on the page, you can leave the jobs unchecked. Note that marking a check box on a job or visit is marking that item as complete from the schedule. Click next step. Now you

You have several customization options. Most let you add or remove fields: Select the Invoice details ▼ section to add or remove the invoice number, date, and due date fields. Select the Design ▼ section to change the colour scheme.
From the main menu, select Settings. Click Your work info, then Edit your logo. Select Pick a file (alternatively, you can delete the existing logo). Upload the file and then click on Save.
How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. You can also click on New Style, then choose Invoice. On the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets, click either the Design or Content tabs.
Select Templates. Right-click the invoice template you want to delete. Choose Delete Template. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
You can change the invoice format in Tally by Pressing Ctrl+P and configuring the print settings. The print configuration allows users to show/hide fields, details, caption, description, print logo, etc.
To change the template of an invoice, please click on the saved invoice which you would like to edit, then choose Select Template.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
