Change the default font in Word Go to Home, and then select the Font Dialog Box Launcher . Select the font and size you want to use. Select Set As Default. Select one of the following: This document only. All documents based on the Normal template. Select OK twice.
Change the font for all text using styles Select Format Text Styles. In the Item to Change list, select All, then select the font, size, or color you want for all text in the current view. Repeat this process for other views.

Changing and Saving Themes In a Word file, select the Design tab. Using the Themes menu on the left, select a Theme. Use the Colors and Fonts menus on the right to menu on the right to make adjustments to the formatting.
Apply a Theme Click the Design tab. Click the Themes button. The Themes gallery opens. Each thumbnail previews the themes fonts and colors.
