Apply a theme to your presentation Open your presentation. On the Design tab, youll find design themes in the Themes group. To preview how the current slide would look with a particular theme applied, rest your pointer over the thumbnail image of that theme.
PowerPoint offers several preset themes. They are on the Design tab of the Ribbon on the left side. Open a slide. On the Design tab, point at a Theme thumbnail to get a preview of how it would affect the look of your slide.
To change the current theme to another theme: On the DESIGN tab, in the Themes group, click More. Do one of the following: Under Custom, choose a custom theme to apply. Under Office, click a built-in theme to apply. Click Browse for Themes, and locate and click a theme.
How to change your theme Open a Microsoft 365 application, like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. In the top left, select File Options General Office Theme. Choose your favorite option.
Edit a Microsoft PowerPoint document Click the. Edit. tab. Select the text that you want to edit. Using the tools in the edit toolbar, change the required formatting including font style, paragraph alignment, list formatting, and indentation options.
To find a theme to use in your presentation, click the Design tab, click a theme, and see how it previews on the slide. You can further customize the theme by changing the fonts, colors, and background colors on the Design tab.
In the slide thumbnail pane on the left, select a slide. Point the mouse at the theme you want to apply. Right-click it, and then select Apply to All Slides.
Enable editing in your presentation Go to File Info. Select Protect presentation. Select Enable Editing.
