hello there my name is Nikolai and I will show you how to use templates in Google Docs there are two types of templates the ones suggested by Google and the ones you can create we will quickly go over both types in order to create a file using one of Googles templates we first login to our my drive we hit new file we scroll down to Google Docs and youre gonna notice a little arrow when you hover on it you get a submenu blank document and from a template lets go ahead and click from a template what you see loaded here is the template gallery these are the ones that Google suggests and groups by categories for example resumes letters work education etc so lets go ahead and pick any one of these for example this one with the picture this template is a project template you can now go ahead and change this to whatever you like then you go up here change the name to whatever you want and hit enter you can see here the project that you had [Music] there you go you see this file here now
