hi my name is taylor and in this video im going to show you how to add and edit templates on tenant cloud first it is important to know that there are two different types of templates you can create agreements and notices some examples of agreements would be an owner agreement storage agreement parking agreement or any binding agreement between property manager owner and or tenant that requires a signature notices do not get signed they are messages that will be sent out to your tenants a few examples would be late payment notices unauthorized animal notice noise disturbance notices and so forth to add and edit a template click the settings gear in the top right select document templates on the left menu here you will find any templates that you have created to edit a template simply click on the template and then click the actions button then select edit template from the drop down once you have completed editing the template click update to save to add a new document template click
