hello and welcome to another glance garlic creative images video textures this one is all about how to use your own textures what were going to do is I bombed a few here that Ive got Ive got a nice wood background I think an old band door or something a little bit of grungy rusty stuff found somewhere Im not sure with ice and this bottom one here is an ICM an intentional camera movement image and one thing to bear in mind if you like to do intentional camera movement images then dont delete them because the ones that dont turn out very well because theyll make really nice simple background textures and its useful to keep a few of those because textures often need to be quite subtle in an image the one thing youre going to see in this little tutorial is that subtlety is everything when it comes to actually applying a texture to an image some textures can look a little bit too much and can actually spoil the image so so okay so were going to get started now weve got here lets
