[Music] if your managers have allowed you to add and edit your own shifts you can go to my schedule click on any shift you've been assigned when you click on the shift to see the details you'll find an edit shift button click there and make any changes that you might need to make and click save you'll then see those changes updated on the schedule if you need to add a new shift go to the add shift button in the upper left here you'll see a blank shift you need to select a position and then enter the hours you can enter paid hours which means how many hours you'll be paid for working or you can let the system auto calculate the exact length of the shift this is an 8 hour shift but if you knew that you're going to have a half hour unpaid lunch you could enter 7.5 paid hours and uncheck the auto calculate box this means that the system will use the number 7.5 instead of the actual length of the shift choose which days this week you'll be working that shift if you'd like it to display in...
