In order to create a new tag, you have to use the “git tag” command and specify the tag name that you want to create. As an example, let's say that you want to create a new tag on the latest commit of your master branch. To achieve that, execute the “git tag” command and specify the tagname.

To edit product tags or collection and promotional features: Go to the post that has the product tag or feature that you want to move. Tap (Android) or (iOS). Tap Edit. Tap . Tap Tag products. Drag the tags from their current position to where you want. Tap (Android) or Done (iOS).

Once you've tagged these users with "Tag Y" you can delete "Tag X", then rename "Tag Y" to "Tag x".
In Intercom Inbox, you can search by one or many keywords, and filter your results. You can filter by: Tag — See conversations with a specific tag, or tags applied. User — Show only conversations with a certain user, or users.
Select the Tags link in the sidebar. Type the name of the tag in the text box and press Enter to locate the tag. Select the gear icon and select Permanently Delete.
