There are three ways to open the Edit table window. Double left-click on the table in the Main diagram window: Or right-click on the table and choose the Edit option from the context menu: Or navigate to the table in the Object browser pane, right-click on it and select the Edit table option:
Use transaction SE13 to change the Log data changes flag for these or other tables. For more information, also see SAP Notes 1916 and 112388.
When you create your transparent table, you can go to the technical settings screen and set the flag Log data changes. Remember that you must have the parameter rec/client set in the system profile. You can see the changes to the table in the transaction OY18 or SCU3. Logging is independent of update.
Go to table and press Ctrl+ shift + F10 where you will go to table entries. Click on F8 (execute). And then select the entries that you want to edit by selecting the checkbox and goto menu Table entry - select change. There you edit and save the entries.
To view the changes log, we have to sure about one thing. Enter you table name, then press display, You will find a technical setting tab. Click on this tab. When you click on the Change button, then the all fields will be in editable mode.
Edit data in a text box or field Open the table or query in Datasheet View or form in Form View. Click the field or navigate to the field by using the TAB or arrow keys, and then press F2. Place the cursor where you want to enter information. Enter or update the text that you want to insert.
Go to SE16N, as usual, and type the table for which you want to make modifications. For demonstrate we have created ZKNA1 table as shown in below snapshot. There are 3 entries available in table. Go Back Enter /H in command bar and press Enter key to activate debugging. Input data as per highlighted box and press F8.
In order to edit table entries in SE16N even if SAPEDIT is disabled follow the below steps. Open the table that you want to edit in SE16N and enter the function code /H to switch on the debugger. Execute to display the table entries. In the debugger set the values of GD-EDIT and GD-SAPEDIT to X and press F8.
