this is jason mark ceo high point system event expert and today i want to give you a few tips when it comes to set up your registration tables for your live events one make sure that you have two people at the registration table to welcome guests well give them name badges have them sign in if you have signing sheets if you dont have them doing electronically also another tip is if you have the name badges already printed out make sure you have a separate table and have them in alphabetical order where people can go get their name badge and make sure you provide lanyards make sure your team has pens good markers to write the name badges as well which is another important thing uh make sure the people on the registration table are friendly and they welcome your guests in so they get make them feel welcome because thats the first interaction your guests are going to have your conference in your event so which is really important and these are just a few tips when it comes to setting up
