right off the bat were going to use our dropper tool to fix our white balance and also enable profile corrections which adds that airiness into the edges that were always looking for so i know this was a very fast intro but a little background on this image we basically shot this in home and the lighting wasnt the best um the lighting was very direct so we have a long dragging shadow we would have needed a lot more diffusers but since the light was like the only thing we literally it was either get some nice shadows or its going to be really dark if we try to even out the lighting it was a very dark gloomy day so we just needed to try to do this in post so thats thats what im trying to do here and hopefully you guys uh learned something new too so basically im just using the basic panel basically basic all right so basically im using the basic panel to get those shadows up without compromising the shadows of like the darks of its actual hair and then making it look too light a

A photography contract is a legally binding agreement between a photographer and their client(s). It defines the rights and obligations of the parties, to include payments, deliverables, schedules, etc. A good contract will also cover copyright, usage rights, limits of liability and more.
Having a photography contract for each client is essential for professional photographers. But its important to use a contract that covers more than just the basics. Your contracts should include coverage of the specific and often unique circumstances of each event youre shooting.
A photography contract is a legally binding agreement between a photographer and their client. The purpose of this type of contract is to outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. This ensures that there are no misunderstandings or disputes later on.
Be sure to include the following on your next freelance photography contract: Name. This should include your clients legal name or the business name responsible for the session. Address. Location. Delivery. Cancellation policy. Payment method. Transfer of use rights and copyright ownership. Liability.
Because a photography contract starts in writing, it should also end in writing. Proper contract cancellation should be well-documented. Both parties should specify the reason for the cancellation and when it took place.
The general rule in copyright law is that the author of the work is also the copyright owner. Photographers who are hired on an independent contractor basis or for a specific job are usually the copyright owner to the photographs, even if the photographs were taken for a client.
