to do a correction or to rebuild a claim first navigate to the main menu and click on charges and then click on edit charges and the charge master screen gets opened up on the charge master window pull up the patient and select the encounter click on the encounter tab to make the required and counter level changes and click on save to save after the corrections click on the details tab to make the required claim level changes click on the save encounter button at the top right side after making the changes once all corrections are made select the appropriate status ing to the responsible insurance if primary insurance is a responsible party then take the line status as rebuild to pr and if the secondary insurance is the responsible party select rebuild to se then click on save to rebuild the claims
