hi Im Shannon grocery with versa toss software training and Im here to show you how to edit a table of contents in Word so I have a document set up and I do have a table of contents but Im going to show you some things you can do to change it if I click in the table of contents you can see that it is something that is an extra field thats been input into Word and if I want to make changes to it I can come here to the reference tab and on the far left I have a drop-down arrow table of contents some things I can do to change that would be to change the built-in style so I can maybe choose this manual table option and as you can see I can fill in any kind of information I want there or I can go up to contents which is what I think I had before but I might want to change the items that I see in the table of contents so at this point I see under our services a few services and I might not want those in my table of contents they got pulled in because its by default pulling in up to thr

What is a change log? A change log is a record of requests for change (RFCs) submitted for all changes in a service. A change log tracks the progress of each change from submission through review, approval, implementation and closure.
What is Change Log? – Change log/document are used to logs the changes to master records, tables, etc. And change documents are stored in two tables that is CDHDR and CDPOS.
Use transaction SE16N -> Enter the table name and press enter to read the fields in. Then type &SAP_EDIT in the transaction area (as a function code) and hit enter. A success message displays saying “SAP Editing function is activated”. You can now execute the report and you can edit any field except the key fields.
Double click on the pencil icon at the end of the lines where you typed 'GD-EDIT' and 'GD-SAPEDIT', to change the field content. Type 'X' in the newly activated 'Val. ' columns and hit 'Enter' and Press 'F8'. The table will be displayed in editable mode and the necessary action can be performed.
Make sure that the field for which change log is to be maintained is checked as CHANGE DOCUMENT. For this issue, double click the field and find the data-element maintained, choose the tab 'Further Characteristics' and then check change-document.
