To edit a table in Excel, simply follow these steps: Open your Excel spreadsheet. Select the table you want to edit. Click the Design tab in the Table Tools panel. Make changes to the tables style, such as font size and color, border thickness and color, table alignment, and other options.
Google Docs On your Android phone or tablet, open a document. Tap a table. Tap a cell in the row or column you want to change. Tap Format . Tap Table. To change the row and column size, tap the up or down arrows next to Minimum row height and Column width.
For a larger table or to customize a table, select Insert Table Choose row and column. Enter the number of columns and number of rows in the dialog box, and then click OK to insert the table.
Use Table Styles to format an entire table Click in the table that you want to format. Under Table Tools, click the Design tab. In the Table Styles group, rest the pointer over each table style until you find a style that you want to use. Click the style to apply it to the table.
Google Docs On your computer, open a document and select cells in a table. Go to Format Table. Table properties. You can also right-click the table and select Table properties. Under Column or Row, enter the width and height you want for all highlighted cells. Click Ok.
In the graphics area, double-click the table cell to edit. Type and edit the text and use the formatting options of the Note Formatting pop-up toolbar. Click OK on the toolbar.
After you have created a table, you can insert and combine rows and columns or format the table by adjusting table cell widths, colors and alignment. To edit a table: Double-click within the text block containing the table and select the rows or columns of the table you want to format.
Click to the left of the row. Click the columns top gridline or top border. Under Table Tools, click the Layout tab. In the Rows Columns group, click Delete, and then click Delete Cells, Delete Rows, or Delete Columns, as appropriate.
