hi 365 ninja fans todays video is going to show how to make comments review comments and track changes in PowerPoint so when you have your PowerPoint presentation open and you want to start making comments all you need to do is go to the insert tab and select comment from here the sidebar will appear and you can start making your comments each of the comments are slotted on each slide so for instance if I made a comment right here it would be stored on slide 1 lets say I want to make another comment on here and now I can actually toggle through my comments and jump between slides so now lets say we want to review comments so Ive sent this presentation over to my coworker whos given me some feedback and I just reopened the PowerPoint document now I want to review the comment shes made so theres a few ways I can access the comments I can go to review tab and select show comments I can also select this button down here and youll see that this sidebar appears here so Ive gotten s

The first time you use PowerPoint Designer, a message appears asking your permission to get design ideas for you. Select Turn on to use. Note: To learn more, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Select File Options, and in General, uncheck Automatically show me design ideas in the PowerPoint Designer section.
Apply a theme only to selected slides Right-click it, and then select Apply to Selected Slides. If you change your mind, you can undo immediately by pressing Alt+Backspace, or you can repeat step 3 with a different theme.
If you cant find or select the PowerPoint designer, you will need to turn the design ideas button on. To do this you will need to select File Options, and in General, select Automatically show me design ideas in the PowerPoint designer section and check the box.
Edit comments In the navigation pane, in Normal view, click the slide you want to comment on. In the Comments pane, click the comment you want to edit, and then click the pencil icon to make changes.
And of course, if you dont find Designer useful, you can turn it off by going to File Options General, and then clearing the box that says Automatically show me design ideas.
In the PowerPoint desktop app, click File, and then click Options. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, make sure youre on the General tab and then find PowerPoint Designer. Click both checkboxes to enable the features ability to make suggestions.
Disable automatic Design Ideas on Windows After opening PowerPoint, go to the File menu and select Options. Switch to the General tab, where you can see a section dedicated to PowerPoint Designer. Make sure you have both of these options turned off: Automatically show me design ideas.
