Like HTML, CSS can be developed in a simple text editor like TextEdit, BBEdit or Notepad. Or you can use an HTML editor like Visual Studio Code, Atom, Sublime Text, Komodo Edit or Notepad++. You can apply CSS in three different ways: Within an element: add the style attribute to any element.
How to Edit a Style Definition in docHub InDesign One way to edit a Paragraph, Character, Object, Table, or Cell Style is to go to the panel and double-click the style. Another way is to right-click (PC) or Control -click (Mac) the style and choose Edit [style name] .
Follow these steps to edit and apply a style to selected text or set the style for new text: Open Character and paragraph styles panel. Select the Character styles tab. Go to More Options Character Style Options. Select a category from the list of available options and make the changes.

Press Ctrl + Shift + i for Windows/Linux (or command + option + i for Mac). Right-click on an element on your website page and select Inspect. Now that you are familiar with accessing Google Chrome Developer Tools, you will be able to inspect CSS elements to modify them live.
You can create a new style sheet by clicking the New button in the toolbar. Then you can just start entering CSS into the new editor and watch as the new styles are applied in real time just like changes to the other sheets. You can load a style sheet from disk and apply it to the page by clicking the Import button.
Edit a rule in the CSS Styles panel (All mode) Open the CSS Styles panel by selecting Window CSS Styles. Click the All button at the top of the CSS Styles panel. Do one of the following: Double-click a rule in the All Rules pane to display the CSS Rule Definition dialog box, and then make your changes.

Look for a file called userContent. Add the CSS and wrap-around text shown below. Save the file. Restart Firefox.
On Chromes Developer Tools tab (CTRL + SHIFT + I), go to Resources (you may have to enable Resource tracking on that page), and click on the sub-tab Stylesheets. That will show all css files loaded by that page. Save this answer.
