okay Ive done this video before and unfortunately it was panning across the screen so Im going to do it again quickly this is the K Ill be global okay Ill be Global return for annual return accompanies house for 2013 for the previous year okay and now weve scrolled down on weakness for some reason I dont know why Kevin is the only director Ive got removed I still dont know why days but thats not really the issue the issue here is to do with the number of allotted shares and that if we go down here you can see right in the middle there both Kevin and my good self right here have shares okay so that is how it should have been that was how the company was set up and this was the company there were sell to run and manage and basically the business model for multiple car park sites and this was the return at software 2013 for the previous year so thats all wonderful lovely and good and then the following year comes along which is the 2014 return and we scroll down we scroll down

Once a Stock Transfer Form has been completed you need to do the following: Consider whether Stamp Duty is payable (and if so settle the amount due) Put the completed Stock Transfer Form (Stamped if applicable or unstamped if Stamp Duty not payable) with the company books.
A share transfer form is a legal record of the change of ownership of company shares between two people or entities. There used to be two types of transfer form: the J10 was used for two or more transferors and the J30 for where there was just one. Our form provides for one or two.
Form J30 Stock Transfer Form - is used for the transfer of fully paid shares, where only one signatory is present as only the transferor is required to sign this form.
A J30 form is used to pay Stamp Duty on your shares. The buyer will need to pay Stamp Duty when they buy shares through a stock transfer form and the transaction is over 1,000.
To complete the stock transfer form the following information is required: Consideration money (i.e. how much is being paid for the shares) Name of Security (e.g. 100 Ordinary Shares in XYZ Limited) Description of Security. Number of shares transferred. Name and address of transferor. Name and address of transferee.

To fill out a stock certificate, you fill in the name of the shareholder, the name of the corporation, the number of shares represented by the certificate, the date, and possibly an identification number. There is also a space for a corporate officer to sign on behalf of the corporation and to affix the corporate seal.
