Click the upcoming reservation and then Edit Reservation. The reservation will open in another tab allowing you to make changes.
Whether or not the Suggest table setting is activated, users can select the Assign and lock option when assigning a reservation to a table. This will add a lock icon. to the reservation to let other Front of House users know that the reservation shouldnt be moved.
How does Notify work? To add a guest to your Notify List, tap on the ( + ) symbol on the list header. The Notify module will open up where you can select the date and time range a guest is interested in dining with you. Enter the guest information.
Add from the Reservation Profile Tap the reservation that you want to add a note to, either from the Floor Plan View or Timeline View. Tap the plus sign to the right of Guest or Visit. Tap Guest Note or Visit Note. Enter your note. Tap Next. Beneath Added by select your name or initials. Tap Create Note.
Assign a server to a section on the floor plan Sign in to the OpenTable for Restaurants account on the iPad app. Open the menu and select Floor plan. Select the Date and Shift at the top. Tap the bell icon. Select the server to assign tables to. Select the tables from the floor plan to assign to that servers section.
Resy.com Under Upcoming Reservations, click Manage Reservation next to the reservation you want to change or cancel. Click Change Reservation to make updates to the current reservations (i.e., the date, time, or party size). Click the 3 dots next to the reservation you need to change or cancel.
VIP tags are an easy way to identify specific guests and can be added to a guest profile from the dashboard or Resy OS app.
Add Guest and Visit Tags Click your restaurant name in the top left corner. Click Settings. Click Tags. Click the Guest Tags or Visit Tags tab. Click Create Tag.
Updating My Profile on the Website Log in to your OpenTable account. At the top right side of the site, select the Profile Icon, and then My Profile. On the left side of the page click on Account Details. Make the appropriate changes, and then click on the red Save Changes button located at the bottom of the page.
Create a manual tag Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website. Open the menu and select Restaurant Settings. OpenTable Core: Select the Tag management. Select Add in the top right. Create a custom name for the tag. Select a tag category. Select Create to complete the tag.
